Localized Cryotherapy
Targeted cold applied to one area, such as a knee, shoulder, or lower back, for pain and recovery.
Our Subzero cryotherapy machine uses pressurized CO2 gas to cool a specific area of the body and create a sudden drop in temperature known as thermal shock. That rapid change activates the body's own healing response: inflammation and swelling come down, range of motion improves, and rehab can often begin sooner. It is the combination of cold and pressure directly on the problem area that sets it apart from an ice pack or an ice bath.
