Tammy Duff opened Elevate You Studio because recovery services that athletes and busy people take for granted in bigger cities were nowhere to be found in Glasgow. She runs the studio herself, so the person who books your first session is the person who walks you through it.
Cryotherapy comes first. Red light therapy is next, and more recovery services will follow as the studio grows — one at a time, done right.

Cryotherapy works best as a routine rather than a one-off, so the studio is built around 12 month memberships from $99 a month and initial packages for every treatment — pain treatment is $199 for four sessions, cryo facials are $420 for eight, and cryoslimming starts at $280. Single sessions are available after your initial package.
