- Scars should be mature. Gina generally prefers ten months to a year after surgery before pigment work begins.
- Avoid sun exposure and tanning on the area in the weeks before your visit, and bring photos if the area has changed over time.
- If you are prone to post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, mention it when you book so pre-care can be recommended.
- Vitiligo camouflage is only performed when the condition is in remission.
