Elevate You Studio is owned and operated by Tammy Duff. It is a small, deliberate business: one owner, one location on Happy Valley Road, and a focus on doing cryotherapy well before adding anything else.
Meet Tammy Duff
Tammy is the owner and, for now, the studio's only staff member. That is by design. She wanted clients to have one consistent person who knows their history, remembers what they are working through, and is accountable for the experience from the first phone call to the last session.
Recovery tools like targeted cryotherapy have been standard in bigger cities for years while people around Glasgow drove hours for them or did without. Elevate You Studio exists to close that gap locally, at a price that makes a weekly routine realistic.

Memberships and packages
Cryotherapy works best as a routine rather than a one-off, so the studio is built around 12 month memberships from $99 a month and initial packages for every treatment — pain treatment is $199 for four sessions, cryo facials are $420 for eight, and cryoslimming starts at $280. Single sessions are available after your initial package.
